Our space is 24hrs and conveniently located steps away from Penn Station and port Authority. We have 8 individual spaces in the same building on the 14th & 22nd & 23rd floor and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess. We are located in a 24hrs doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows Facing East with gorgeous views of The Empire State Building + the 4 super Large windows facing South has Stunning views of the Empire State Building + Madison Sq Garden + The Freedom Tower and the entire Hudson Yards. 12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well. Suitable Events for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement classes, birthday parties, baby showers and more! Our studio managers clean the studio and common areas after every booking and we have professional cleaners, who clean our studios 3 times a week.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
