About the Space
Activities that work well in the space are filming, parties, photography, yoga, meetings. Almost 1/2 an acre of land, flowers, large patio with two different settings area, trees. Warm and cozy place to stay. Space is in a great location, very close to the heart of White Plains and easy to get to major highways and public transportation. Rooms are spacious and cozy. One of the patios is under a natural canopy of trees. There is also an above ground pool next to a cabana which comes handy in the summer.

I keep the space very neat and clean. After each guest checks out, the space is cleaned, bleached, disinfected for the next guest that arrives. I strongly believe in cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
