Bright Boho Open Plan Homely Quirky Flat, Home, Apartment in East London

Thank for visiting! My place has been featured in a variety of productions including the channel 4, Cardiff Productions doc; Young, Black and Right-Wing hosted by Zeze Millz. SPACE As you enter, you are met with a bright but peaceful passageway that leads to the bedroom and open plan kitchen & living room. I am situated on the 4th floor with an inner city London view. From my balcony, you can see the skyscrapers & the trainline. I live here, so this location has signs of wear and tear, on the carpets and on the walls. This is a smoking, vaping & shoe free zone. All forms of smoking & vaping is prohibited on the balcony and anywhere in the building. This is a residential building, on occasions dog faeces and spit can appear in the shared spaces and lift, I asked that all talent and crew respect my no shoes policy. I am flexible on most days but I do not have a set schedule. Kindly get in touch with your booking enquiry. I am mostly unable to accept bookings with less than 48 hours notice. I'm 5 minutes away from Haggerston Station and a short walk away from the canal & two great parks. LIGHTING Please see photos for the style of blinds available. My flat is South facing which brings in a lot of natural sunlight on the sunnier days in London. I also have 2 x Philips hue white and colour ambiance centura recessed spotlights in the living room.
