This professionally designed home would be perfect for your next Photo or Video shoot! This place is also great for meetings and small events! Enjoy a beautiful space with great natural light that can be adjusted to your liking with the modern shutters. The Main Space Enjoy a large open space, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The Space has a 65" smart tv. FAST 500+mbps WIFI. Large comfortable couch, 2 accent chairs, 4 barstools (+3extra), & 4 dining chairs. Luxurious finishings, appliances, and gourmet kitchen. There is also a half bathroom. Master Bedroom This master bedroom is GORGEOUS! Large king bed with hanging side lamps. 50" smart tv, accent chair. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Guest Bedroom This space has a large queen bed and great natural lighting. 40" smart tv. The Office This space has a trundle bed and a workspace with a desk and chair. Beautiful Disney drawings on the wall and a 30" smart tv. Full Bath Clean and modern full bathroom upstairs and laundry room.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

From the initial moment of setting eyes on this beautifully decorated townhome I knew this space was absolutely perfect for my professional photoshoot. The host were extremely friendly and their professionalism is unmatched. This is the first time I have used Peerspace and with this being the first impression it definitely wont be my last. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality you have shown me I couldn’t have felt anymore welcomed! I’d say it’s a five stars x infinity!

The place was immaculate. A very good amount of natural light. The different spaces lent itself for a variety of backdrops. The decor and styling is absolutely beautiful, great for photoshoots. Highly recommend. We’ll be back for the second part of our shoot.

This home was gorgeous! We were able to book the home in short notice for I video production which isn't common. Luis reached out us immediately when we requested the booking and helped us secure the spot. The home gave us enough room to film what we needed to and the interior design helped our production look better than expected. Enough outlets to plug up multiple lights and the garage was used for storing unused equipment. We had a great time and would love to come back and use the home again one day.
