Enjoy a special event in the historic Horse & Carriage House located between the Riverwalk and Fulton Market. The Vault was later built out for a Brewery Tank Room with 30' Ceiling Height. This unique venue has access through a street level VIP private vestibule entrance way. The 1,412 square foot First Floor area has Brazilian cherry wood floors with an extraordinary stairwell that hangs over the 2,084 square foot bar lounge billiard area. There is a kitchen and another private bar area attached with an additional 1,600 square feet of optional space. Week night and weekend parking is available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
