About the Space
Lifestyle photos work well with rooms are bright and happy. We are not looking to host parties. Kitchen has two islands to be great for showcasing talents. We have a spacious mudroom with a dog bath. The Pool location overlooks the beautiful barn with 3 mini donkeys, 1 Shetland pony and 4 alpacas. We also have a wonderful front porch with 2 swings on both sides. We are open to photo shoots/learning time with the animals also.

Lighting description
We have wood shutters on windows and curtains on top. The big open back door faces West so the evening is when the sun is strongest thru the big doors.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Super quiet no neighbors but a dirt road on side of house goes to three houses far in the back but barely used.

Front door space is big or even the double doors at the front for both offices could be used. There are two- three steps into the house from either garage or front door

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
We do have a secret room for storage and tornadoes. We don’t mind you filming it we just don’t want you to show where it “is” in the house.

Electrical system description
We have plenty of outlets everywhere including usb. We have a box for the house and a box on our back wall for pool and barn.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. We are not interested in parties being thrown at the house. Really more for photographs and such.
All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Yes but needs to be put back. Please pick up furniture not slide it.

Security cameras and recording devices
We only have camera outside around the perimeter of the house and at the barn for the animals.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
It's Florida, no one really cares here. If something needs to be done, I'm happy to do it. We just are not too strict here.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
