The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath open-floor, one-story front porch and nice yard with a pool, with the flexibility to accommodate many commercial or narrative production and meeting events. Health and Safety Measures
As described above. As long as the Corvid era is on, we provide hand sanitizers, gloves, disinfection spray. Cleaned all door knobs, floors and kitchen areas, making sure all furniture are spaced out away from each-other, otherwise upon request. Cleaning listed on the Peerspace is for the cleaning prior to booking. Cleaning for the duration of the production will be determined according to the size of production and per day of production.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
