Parking description

2 regular-sized cars can fit in our garage and 1 car can park parallel to the driveway. There is 2-hour parking on Bryant street, metered parking elsewhere, and several parking lots/garages nearby. The closest parking garage is at 35 Gilbert street, which is about half a block away from the office on Bryant st. for $20 all day until 5PM.

Lighting description

We have two sky lights upstairs with no covering. They are the brightest during the late mornings to mid afternoons. We have floor to ceiling windows upstairs that can be covered with two curtains. We also have very large windows in our downstairs studio space, that can be controlled with roller shades.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The space only picks up sound when windows and doors are open. Bryant St is a busy street, but the noise doesn't travel into the studio when the doors and windows are closed.

Equipment loading description

Equipment can be loaded into the garage on the ground floor. To move equipment upstairs, we have a slightly narrow staircase in the front, and a spiral staircase in the back.

Electrical system description

Circuit breaker is located in the garage, in the IT closet. There are several outlets throughout the building that are working.

General Rules

Please carefully review our host rules. As a guest, you are responsible for the space during your booking time. Please treat our space the way you have found it. This includes: - returning any rearranged furniture to its original place - returning any borrowed amenities to where you found them - used dishes/glasses, or other kitchen items should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher - Pets are welcome, as long as they are looked and cared after. This includes cleaning up after them. - Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please include setup and clean up in your booking time. - Please take care of our space and treat it respectfully. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls or whiteboards. Only painter's tape is permitted on the walls, and it must be removed at the end of your event. We appreciate it if you report any damages before leaving. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Failure to follow these rules, and any damage to the space (including the floors, walls, furniture, or appliances), may result in an extra fee. Other: No smoking allowed on premises. No glitter, confetti, fireworks or anything hazardous on-premises. No rooftop access. No wild parties or loud music Alcohol and outside catering is allowed. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning food service items or disposing of supplies or other items you brought to the premises. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Couches, chairs, and tables can be moved, as long as they are put back in its original place. Furniture cannot be removed from the building. Wall decorations cannot be removed from its place.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have two outdoor cameras, one outdoor camera in the entryway, and one outdoor camera in the garage. We have two indoor cameras in upstairs common areas, one indoor camera in the studio downstairs, and one indoor camera in the downstairs conference room. All cameras record video and all indoor cameras record audio. There is an alarm system for the building that will be turned on/off for guests, so please be mindful of entering before your scheduled time or leaving past your scheduled time so that the alarm is not triggered.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
