You have parking options to choose from: 1. Street parking is available, but please be sure to carefully read all posted signs for regulations. 2. For added convenience there is a secure, on-site parking lot right in front of the building. It's only $9 for the entire day, and you can pay with either cash or Zelle.

The space is beautifully lit throughout the day. Around 4 pm the window shadows appear and last until sunset. There is also a direct view of the sunset from our window/balcony.

The space is not soundproof, however, there is not much noise pollution in the building and surrounding area.

The entrance is easily accessible by ramp and freight elevator that is in service Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Please stay within the suite during your visit. Loitering in the halls is prohibited.

Guidelines for the space usage: - No smoking is permitted within the unit. This includes vapes. ($100) - No alcohol consumption in the studio and in the building. ($200 fee) - Pets are not allowed on the premises. ($200) - Outside catering is allowed; however, kindly refrain from consuming food on the couch. ($100) - All age groups are welcome to use the space. Please note the following specific instructions: - Furniture should not be moved without obtaining prior permission. If you intend to move the couch or vanity table, please inform us before the booking, as a moving fee of $100 may apply. - Be mindful when moving furniture e.g. chairs, footstools, plants, lamps, and small table, to lift and not drag across the floor in an effort to prevent floor damage. In the case of damage to the floor in form of scratches and discoloration, we may charge a $100 fee for repairs of the floor. In the case of damage to the furniture, a minimum fee of $150 may occur. - To maintain the pristine condition of our white floor, we kindly request that individuals who are not models wear shoe coverings while on the surface. Models should also clean the bottom of their shoes with the provided cleaning wipes before walking on the white floor. Both shoe coverings and wipes can be found on the white shelf for your convenience. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged in the case shoes are worn without coverings. - Before leaving, ensure both the main door and the balcony door are locked to avoid a penalty ($100). - Please be mindful of other bookings before and after your session. We understand you may want to start on time, however, we ask that you do not enter the space before your booking time. If you would like to get a head start, we ask that you book the space with enough time for your set-up needs. If you desire to extend your stay, send us a message so we can check the schedule and prevent a schedule overlap with the next client. In the case you do not ask for an extension we may charge 1.5x of the original hourly rate. There can be absolutely no overlaps with the next client. All approved overtime will be charged the regular hourly rate. Overtime is calculated in 30-minute increments.
