Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Guests have the option to wear a mask or gloves for protection but it is not required during the renting process. Face masks, gloves, paper towels and cleaning materials are available for guests during booking. Before and after each booking, the space is wiped properly in the common and private areas. Floors are swept and mopped after each booking. Guests are required to dispose of any trash left behind.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
