About the Space
Welcome to the Barn at Helana Farms! Our space is ideal for micro-weddings, small work gatherings, meetings, small bridal showers, baby showers, and other small parties (10 people max). The first floor is ideal for the main event, and a small room off to the side for food prep/kitchen space. Basement and second-floor room not available with rental. No running water is available at this time. Heat and AC are not available. All food/drink needs to be brought in for events and removed upon departure. Trash/recycling/bathroom rental fees discussed per individual event based on guest total. All events are required to carry liability insurance including liquor liability if being served. This beautiful space and grounds would also be ideal for photography; family photo sessions, individual, maternity, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
