About the Space
Exceptional natural light fills this former museum space. Perfect for small gatherings, classes, workshops, meetings or intimate performances. Often used for dance or other rehearsals. Dedicated bathrooms included across the hallway. At times, the display cases may be filled with artworks.

Parking description
There are four on-site parking spaces that can be reserved. Street parking is free and easy surrounding the building.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed with owner approval. Bar service must be handled by Color Club staff. Hosts must adhere to our decorating and cleaning guidelines. All setup and clean up time must be included in the rental period.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras throughout the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Friendly, helpful, attentive, and accommodating staff. Patrick was great. Location is convenient to public transit and street parking is pretty easy.
