About the Space
Great for photoshoots, small gatherings, meetings, and small events. Main floor includes living room, dining area and kitchen. One half bath is located on the main floor. Large back yard can be utilized as well. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room upstairs. Small living room and kitchen with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement apartment. Any of the decorations can be moved for photoshoots as long as you put them back. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
