About Colab Condo
Mixed used space 15-20 person events (with a full kitchen and bar area), photography, video content creators, filming, and meetings. Tall 25ft ceilings and large windows allow for plenty of natural lighting. Spacious restroom for makeup/changing area. Automated roller shades allow for quick lighting adjustments. Most of the furniture is on sliders so you can move them around to fit your needs. We can also remove the tables and chairs should you need a minimal setting. Located off the 5 freeway exit on Colorado, block away from the Glendale Galleria and Americana Malls. Wonderful space with a wonderful host. Celebrated my 18 yo kid’s birthday party there. Kids were amazed. It’s a very cozy and big enough loft for up to 39 ppl. I’m very glad to find this place . Thank you, Ken!

First let start with the host he was so absolutely sweet, very accommodating he was able to let me book another hour at the loft. I rented to host a 1920 birthday party, the place itself was so darn cute all my friends loveddd the place. There’s a kitchen and bathroom which is so convenient, very cute wall decors for photo ops and a very cozy living room/kitchen. The best part is there was so much parking which is so convenient. Overall if I could give 6/5 stars I absolutely would!! will definitely book here again!!
