Mixed used space 15-20 person events (with a full kitchen and bar area), photography, video content creators, filming, and meetings. Tall 25ft ceilings and large 10 ft windows allow for plenty of natural lighting. Spacious restroom for makeup/changing area. Automated roller shades allow for quick lighting adjustments. Most of the furniture is on sliders so you can move them around to fit your needs. We can also remove the tables and chairs should you need a minimal setting. Located off the 5 freeway exit on Colorado, block away from the Glendale Galleria and Americana Malls.
