About the Space

1st floor family room with vaulted ceiling, large over sized comfy sectional, beautiful stone gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Family room opens to large eat-in kitchen which is fully stocked with pantry items, dishes, cooking utensils, pots/ pans, coffee pots, etc. Kitchen opens to back private deck and screened back porch surrounded by nature/trees. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the morning/evening hours. Screened porch has oversize comfortable furniture. Deck has Weber gas grill, large wicker couch, patio table/chairs and umbrella. Deck opens onto ground level stone paver patio with additional tables/chairs. Back yard is wooded Oasis...lots of bird varieties and routine Bald Eagles in our trees!
