No Studio Manager Required If you book the studio during normal business hour (M-FRI 8am-6pm) no extra fees are charged for a studio manager. After normal hours and on weekends, a studio manager is required at an extra $75 an hour charge. Bookings outside of normal operating hours (M-F 8am-6pm excluding holidays) will require the Stage Manager Add-on ($75/hour). So, if for example, your rental is scheduled from 2pm - 10pm on a normal working day (M-F excluding holidays), you'll need to select 4 hours of the Stage Manager Ad-on to cover the time from 6pm - 10pm. Or if your rental is on a weekend or holiday from 2pm - 10pm, you'll need 8 hours of Stage Manger Ad-On time @ $75/hour. If you are shooting green screen, the walls and cyc are painted and ready to shoot. However, the floor may have some scuffs from previous shoots. Since many green screen shoots do not require the camera to see the actor's feet (knees up or waist up), this isn't an issue. However, if your production requires the camera to see the actors feet, we strongly recommend the "Floor Paint Service" Add-on ($225) to help your editor get a clean key in post production editing. There is a absolutely no smoking in the building.
