Beautiful Upper unit Duplex with Large Backyard and Bar
About the Space
This space would be great for filming living room scenes, dining room scenes, or any scenes with an at-home bar (we have one inside as well as a built in outdoor bar in the backyard). There is plenty of natural lighting and a lot of space to work with. All the pictures and artwork is made or taken by us so it can be used in film projects. The living room can be set up for an intimate screening (using our projector screen) or just a great living room scene. The backyard can be used for business mixers, small gatherings, filmed outdoor scenes, and even has its' own separate bathroom.

Before and after each booking a deep clean of the entire area will happen to help maintain peak cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
