About the Space
1st floor of large house with great views towards the bay and San Francisco from the living room. The location in Oakland Hills makes this house and garden tranquil and breezy. A get-away from the city in the city. Well suited for photo and video shots with several places to shoot/film as well as workshops, meetings and off-site work events if you need a change of scenery, inspiration and a breath of fresh air. Large living room with ample natural light and high ceilings. Guestroom with desk and bed, kitchen and guest bathroom. Extra tables and chairs can be provided in the living room if need be. Large outdoor space with string lights, dining table, couch area, inflatable hot tub (can be rented for an additional fee) and garden. If you rent the house overnight we will not use the first floor in the evening and night allowing you to leave production equipment and your setup for photo shoots/filming overnight. Please feel free to inquire about special requirements/amenities. We are new to Peerspace but have rented out on Airbnb for many years and are highly experienced in providing a 5-star space and smooth communication with customers.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This home is an absolute dream to shoot in! The abundant windows make it easy to shoot with natural daylight nearly all hours of the day. Morten is very easy to work with and takes care to make sure your booking goes smoothly. Bonus the neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for sound on shooting. Would gladly rebook!

What a beautiful home! Our team held our summer retreat here and found the space to be everything we needed. The main living room area was huge and perfect for our activities. We also made use of the guestroom, kitchen, and dining space and found those to be exactly what we needed. Our team didn't end up using the backyard, but it looks incredibly spacious. As hosts, Morten and Rebecca laid everything out in simple and clear terms, and were terrific with their communication before the event. I'd absolutely recommend this location to groups looking to host work gatherings.
