About the Space
Huge blank canvas for creative people ! Our space is perfect for fashion shows, birthday parties, dance parties, paint n sips, photo/ video shoots and more! White wall finished, clean, cut and to the point. Sexy, sophisticated and mature. We also have a black light strip that goes across the entire space for dance parties. On site staff at all times.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean before and after the booking. We ask that you remove all trash when leaving our space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
