About the Space
Amazing views, stunning design and a peaceful setting are the first things that come to mind when you visit the amazing cabin. This property is unmatched in all of Lake Arrowhead. Perfect location for indoor and outdoor filming. Has three floors with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one on each level. Making it convenient for larger productions where staging can be accomplished very easily, while shooting in another areas of the home. There is also a large walkway that is covered leading into the home. This can also be a sort of production area if needed. The cabin is also walking distance to the San Bernardino National park, allowing easily accessible outdoor shooting as well. There are acres and acres of open woods. Please inquire about nightly stays.

General Rules
General House Rules: NO BOOKING FOR ANYONE UNDER 25 and NO PETS without pet cleaning fee (message host for prior approvals). NO SMOKING or DRUGS of any kind at the cabin. Sanitation fees will apply. All items are accounted for so please do not remove anything from the cabin. Extra fees will be charged for missing or damaged items. No house parties and no noise between 9pm - 9am. It is a Lake Arrowhead ordinance violation. Driveway parking in front of the cabin is available for up to 3 vehicles. Additional street parking is available, please message host for more info. No food on coffee table or beds. Checkout is 10AM. Dirty linens and towels can stay on the floor. Please remove all your trash and belongings prior to checkout and place all trash bags in the outside bins provided.

Need to take photos of everything moved. All items should be replaced after production.

Cleaning are performed by a licensed professional.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
