About the Space
This is a great space for events, photo shoots, recording, camping, grilling, outdoor activities, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Great for hosting workout or yoga classes, outdoor movies, really anything you would like to promote or host. This space is outdoor only, with access to bathroom and jacket storage. This is a perfect huge area along the lake. Very beautiful and ready for your next event, class, relaxation or production!

The circuit breaker is out side and someone can assist with that if needed. There our about 6 outlets that can be used and an extinction cord for use out side and by the lake.

Health and Safety Measures
This is a big private out door area on the lake 16,875 square feet with bbq grill that is cleaned and sanitized after and before each use, the ground is sprayed and maintained by licensed professionals for bugs and grass/soil treatment. All touch points are cleaned and sanitized daily along with the bathroom which is located indoors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
