Once you walk in the apartment you will feel like you are in a resort. Our fully furnished apartment boast dedicated living areas including 2bd 2bth, kitchen, with a huge island that fits 5 with abundant closet space including walk-ins. It’s very spacious so you won’t feel cramped up. THIS SPACE IS ONLY TO BE USED FOR PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS, PODCASTS, MOVIE SCENES, MUSIC VIDEOS, AND MEETINGS. PLEASE TREAT OUR SPACE AS IT’S YOUR OWN - LEAVE AS FOUND CAPACITY LIMIT: 6 GUESTS (ADD-ON FEE WILL BE CHARGED GOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST EXCEEDING LIMIT) TIME SLOTS: IF YOU NEED EXTRA TIME OR YOU EXCEED YOUR ALLOTTED TIME SLOT THERE IS A 1.5x OVERTIME FEE WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
