- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Rhonda was an amazing host who cares about the layout and design of her place. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. The space appeared exactly as advertised, beautifully designed and well-maintained. We used it for a music video shoot, and it was perfect for our needs.

I love this space because of the decoration alot of thought put into it. Rhonda was sweet a fast at responding . This was my first time booking a space where it was someone home where they lived I’m not use to being watched an monitored Dog scared me big pitbull ,she ended up putting the dog away….. I was able to finish my video so that’s a plus…..

We shot a documentary at the Historic Craftsman and we were absolutely delighted with this fantastic location. It offered two great set ups that looked gorgeous on camera. Rhonda was the most amazing host. She answered all of our questions and could not have been more helpful. When we needed to do a last minute booking with her and add an extra day, she was able to coordinate this with the guests that were staying over and make it possible for our shoot to go ahead. I would be more than happy to book Rhonda's property again for a shoot as we were in fantastic hands.

This room was amazing for the photoshoot I planned for my 30th birthday. The room was lit well and the interior design was amazing. The owner left champagne glasses for me and a champagne bucket. It was a really nice touch and a very sweet gesture!
