Want to get out of DC or Baltimore? Welcome to the perfect space for your next work retreat, photo-shoot or meeting! In the hearth of North Beach- a small Chesapeake Bay town just 45 minutes from central DC, this is the spot for you- recently renovated with everything you'll need. Four big bedrooms, large 10 people tables (inside and out); a new barn with huge TV and exercise room- it has it all. You can even bring your furry friends- we have a fenced yard at front and back. North Beach is nicknamed the "Jewel of the Chesapeake" and has cute stores, coffee shops and restaurants- along with a perfect little beach and half-mile long boardwalk.

The house is cleaned by a trained, professional cleaner after every guest. During COVID we have hosted over 100 guests without problems; and we're happy to accommodate any specific needs that guests might need.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
