About the Space

Studio provides a space for local entrepreneurs and businesses to create content aimed at elevating their brands and expanding their reach. We welcome all photographers, videographers, podcasters, social media content creators as well as businesses interested in product photography.

Parking description

Clients can park anywhere within the shopping center. avoid specified spots and handicap spots unless legally allowed.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

Our entry area has plenty of natural lighting. the main studio area has no natural lighting but has plenty of overhead lighting as well as 3 LED lights on stand available for use.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We do have neighbors and ask of our clients to be respectful of that during their normal business hours.

Equipment can be loaded through the front entrance.

Staging area is available

we have a decent size bathroom that can be used as a changing room.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

We have a backroom that is camera protected that is off limits to all visitors.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

our circuit breaker is located in the storage closet by the bathroom. the space has plenty of outlets and we also provide extension cords if needed.

General Rules

General Rules · Renters are responsible for studio set-up and teardown within the booked time slot. · Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of tardiness · No food or drinks allowed on sets unless approved for an event · No pets allowed in the studio · No smoking is allowed in the studio · Music needs to be kept at a reasonable level · Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times and safety must be ensured · All small or hard-to-clean materials (i.e. confetti, sparkles, etc.) must be approved of prior to shoot · Renters are liable for any damage that occurs to the studio during their scheduled rental time · Unplug all lights after session and roll up all cables · Make sure studio is left clean and free of any trash or debris; Any cleaning fee will be assessed if the studio is left dirty · Shut off all lights prior to leaving the studio

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture in our entry area is to remain in their respective spots. However the furniture in the main studio can be moved to create different set but MUST be put back in their original places. all wall are is to remain as is as well.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The space is camera protected. the cameras will only be checked in case of an incident.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly clean after each booking. a professional cleaning service clean the space twice a month.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
