Please note this is not an actual beach; highest quality silica sand was added to the resort as a visual aesthetic. The ocean is 1 mile away. Event Options: your event must fall either time slot. In between will be available at 1.5x price. • 10am to 4pm • 5pm to 10pm Here’s a quick rundown of our events package (for a 5-hour event): For up to 50 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $800 - Event Tents: $700 - Bamboo Garden: $600 - $10 per extra guest For up to 100 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $1250 - Event Tents: $1100 - Sanctuary: $1950 - $10 per extra guest For up to 150 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $1800 - Event Tents: $1500 - Bamboo Garden: $950 - $10 per extra guest Featured details of the event space include: • Event Capacity of 100 guests (expand to 300 when you add out extra spaces that connect to the beach) • Outdoor Beach, pro tour silica sand • Beach Bar with counter, Flatscreen TV and fridge • Beach games including Corn hole, Jumbo Connect Four, and Plastic Axe Throwing • Mood Lighting Amenities provided with the event space include: • BYO Catering & BBQ for guest use • Alcohol BYO (small BYO Fee. Covers both BYO Catering & Alcohol) • Banquet tables and chairs • ADA Event Space • Free Street Parking • High Speed Wifi • Resort Security Cameras • Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a certified legal hotel. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down. Additional Add-ons As the Beach Event space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include: • Overnight Lodging • Chairs & Tables Rental • Cocktail Table Rental • Speakers • Heaters • Additional Event Space • Photo booth • Staff for your event • Alcohol Package (For alcohol orders: Please place your order by Friday to ensure delivery by the following Monday. Advance notice is appreciated.) • BBQ counter and 10’x10’ space for caterer: $60 Should you add-on Overnight Lodging, you can additionally add-on amazing perks for your guests including: • Morning Yoga • Breakfast pastries, fruit, & coffee • Rentals stocked with snacks & beverages NOTE: our event space has a 5-hour minimum on weekends and a 4-hour minimum on weekdays. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. You must also select the Mandatory $40 Cleaning Fee that is required before booking your event. In order to uphold the cleanliness of our resort, this fee will cover the cost of clean-up and labor following your event. Before your arrival, we'll need you to send over proof of insurance, which is $120, along with a signed waiver. This helps ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay. Must be 21+ to book events and overnight. Guests under 21 are welcome with supervision. As a family-owned business, we aim to create a positive and welcoming environment for all resort guests. The space was great and big we had around 45 people and children. We were comfortable and children had a great time playing. Very well put together space to host parties or events. Everyone of my guest loved it and said they would want to come back. The host Joshua was great and communicated well with me the whole time. 10/10 experience overall.

This was a perfect venue for our summertime day party for my husband's birthday. I'm sure it would also be lovely in the evening with the lighting and beach theme. Joshua was super helpful leading up to the event making sure we had everything we needed, even calling to check in at the start making sure we were good to go. Loreto was there to let us in and had the spaces set up with music and fans (it was a warm day). He was great, making sure everything went smoothly and checked in with me a few times during my event. We would definitely consider using this venue again!
