Welcome to our Modern Farmhouse built in 1890. Original Wood Burning Fireplace with lots of charm complete this home yet have all of the modern conveniences that you will need. Enter into our Foyer that has cozy ship lap that opens up into an extra large luxurious fully stocked chefs kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Wide planked heated floors make this space an exceptional one. We provide a fully stocked Coffee , Hot Coco and Tea Bar to enjoy while you visit us. Step into our large dining room that is accented with a farmhouse dining room table that seats up to 8-10. Dining room has a stunning view of our 1890 wood burning fireplace located in our large living room with comfortable couches and a large seated chair. Living room has a 70" smart TV if needed. Home is located on a little over a 1/2 acre with sweeping views of farmland and preserves.. Our house boasts 4 large and very comfortable bedrooms and 2 full size and fully stocked bathrooms. A separate space/office on the 2nd floor with desk , chair and lamp. The patio and huge backyard are perfect for grilling and outdoor dining, lounging, relaxing, playing sports or simply listening to the birds or stargazing by the fire pit. Sip you morning coffee on our outdoor table w/ seated cushions and umbrella. There is additional outdoor conversational sectional seating with cushions for your enjoyment. Home is surrounded by nature and outdoor beauty. Pets: Allowed For both interviews and photo shoots but there is an extra $50 per day per visit. No Pets over 20 pounds permitted and a photo of pet (s) is required before approval. We only allow 2 pets in total. Each Pet must not weigh over 20 pounds. Owner must leash their pets as the front yard is not fenced. Owner must pick up after their dog and discard in poop bags.

Our home is professionally cleaned. Our cleaning crew does a wonderful job with cleaning and disinfecting. Although our cleaning crew is there to clean, please be mindful and put all of the garbage, cups, bottles, food etc. that is brought in into garbage bags and place in the outdoor garbage bins provided. Take all un used food with you as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
