About the Space
This is a beautiful working photography studio. It could be used for photography/videography, content creation, events ( yoga, paint parties, open mics, etc), workshops, and meetings. The space is 1500 square feet. It is rented as is, including all furniture, but you are free to use and rearrange the furniture to your needs. Contact us if you need any changes made to the space for ur specific requirements. Please make sure to include set up and breakdown time in your rental time.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We hosted a baby shower in Paige and Lotachi’s space and it was perfect! Through out the whole process of me asking questions, asking to see the space prior to booking, booking and getting into the space the day of the event was super easy! They were quick to respond and so sweet! Highly recommend their beautiful space!

Second time using this space, and it is wonderful as always. The host is responsive and understanding. The space itself has a nice layout and ample parking. Will definitely book again!

I loved the space but I wish there were better options for artificial lighting. White lights only made it hard to set a moody tone for my shoot.

Hosted a book launch reading here. Venue was beautiful, and Paige was easy to work with. All of my guests commented on how unique the entire building was. Would highly recommend!

Space was absolutely stunning , there are so many beautiful pieces of furniture that you can utilize for your party and space to hide them if you don’t need them. Host was great, very responsive and accommodating. She was also able to connect us with a rental company for chairs and tables which was really helpful! We hosted a baby shower and all the guests complimented the studio.
