ENGLISH BELOW Das Gebäude ist eines der berühmten Stalinbauten, die man in der großen Karl-Marx-Allee sieht. Ein atemberaubender Blick über Berlin auf einer massiven Holzterrasse gibt diesem Ort eine besondere Note. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight, es gibt kaum direkte Nachbarn und man hat einen Blick rund um Berlin. Den Fernsehturm sieht man allerdings nicht. Dafür kann man es sich auf dem romantischen Himmelbett gemütlich machen und bei einem Tee oder Wein über die Dächer Berlins schauen. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Vintage-Möbeln eingerichtet, die die Atmosphäre der Wohnung und des Gebäudes unterstreichen. Direktes Sonnenlicht scheint morgens in die Räume und erhellt die ganze Wohnung. Die ganze Wohnung lädt dazu ein, kleine Details zu entdecken und sich an einem warmen Sommertag auf dem Außenbett zu entspannen. Es gibt aktuell nur einen Couchtisch und viele kleine Beistelltische. Ein paar wenige Stühle in der Wohnung, dafür ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten auf der großen Terrasse. Ein großer Spiegel im Schlafzimmer läd´ dazu ein, sich für zB. Shootings fertig zu machen. Das kleine Gästezimmer dient eher als Umkleide oder Stauraum. 90% der Möbel sind echt Vintage und verleihen mit modernen Akzenten der Wohnung einen ganz besonderen und minimalistischen Eindruck. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine und der Lange Tresen bietet genug Platz um ein Catering oder Buffet zu organisieren. Es gibt zusätzlich sehr viele Decken und Kissen, welche als Dekoration genutzt werden können. Das Bad ist mit einer Wanne und großen Fenstern, sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. The terrace is a highlight, there are hardly any direct neighbors and you have a view all around Berlin. However, you can't see the TV tower. Instead, you can make yourself comfortable on the romantic four-poster bed and look over the rooftops of Berlin with a cup of tea or wine. The apartment is furnished with high-quality vintage furniture, which emphasizes the atmosphere of the apartment and the building. Direct sunlight shines into the rooms in the morning and brightens the whole apartment. The whole apartment invites you to discover small details and relax on the outdoor bed on a warm summer day. There is currently only one coffee table and many small side tables. A few chairs in the apartment, but plenty of seating on the large terrace. A large mirror in the bedroom invites you to get ready for e.g. shootings. The small guest room serves more as a dressing room or storage space. 90% of the furniture is real vintage and with modern accents give the apartment a very special and minimalist impression. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and the long counter offers enough space to organize a catering or buffet. There are additionally very many blankets and pillows, which can be used as decoration. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and large windows, as well as a washing machine.
