This small intimate event space is ideal for small parties, meetings, pop-ups, photo and film shoots, classes, paint and sips, film premieres, gender reveals /baby showers, sports viewing events and the list goes on. Brownsville space is moments away from restaurants and grocery stores that can cater to your needs. Outside food and catering are welcome. This welcoming space is ideal for events geared towards 40 people or less.

This venue was perfect for my birthday party. Not too small and not too big at the same time. Tables were set up as expected. My guest were comfortable and complimented the space the whole time. It was a nice bonus to have the tv in there as well. The host was accommodating and communicated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking!

I had an amazing experience hosting my 30th birthday here! Kevin communicated with me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions throughout the entire process and was very timely with everything. The space for my 25 guests perfectly! I wish they allowed me add photos so I could show how I decorated! We were able to fit 3 rectangle tables for food and drinks and a balloon arch. I would recommend this place to everyone for an intimate gathering!
