About the Space
Our space is a private room and deck that opens up to mountain view property. We love to host group meetings (up to 12 people). Rain or shine your event has inside and outside accommodations. Flexible seating can be arranged in a variety of ways for your event. Lots of counter space and mini fridge for your use. 4x6 glass board and 65"smart tv (with HDMI cord) for group facilitation and presentations. Wildlife (turkeys, elk, deer, and fox) walk by frequently, which our guests love! Bathroom is located in the entryway of home. The deck above the space is available for breakout sessions and/or lunch seating with a patio table, chairs, benches, rocking chairs, and a sofa. We are happy to provide food & beverages for extra cost. Restaurants do not deliver here due to the remote location. Address is Littleton, but it's actually in the Conifer mountain community.

We take safety very seriously and ensure that our space is thoroughly cleaned before each group arrives.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
