Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space is EPIC. One of the most perfect and flawless event spaces in the studio for intimate upscale events. Josh the owner couldn't have been more wonderful - communicative, accommodating and went above and beyond expectations to create the most amazing client experience for. Wish I could give this 10- stars!

The space is truly beautiful! The big windows and art on the walls make a wonderful statement. The space was very clean as well. The host was a great communicator, and made the booking process smooth.

We really enjoyed having our sons first birthday at Josh's beautiful loft. Josh was an excellent host and made the whole process seamless. His loft is an awesome location in the heart of West Loop. Would definitely choose his place again!

Josh was the most amazing host! I hosted a trunk show for my fashion brand at his place. He went out of his way to make sure our experience was great and even let us borrow some of his equipment. He re-arranged furniture for us without any hesitation as well and was always available to answer any questions prior to the event. I highly recommend his space. It is absolutely stunning. As someone who has rented several different spaces across the US, Josh went above and beyond what a normal host would do. Thanks Josh for helping me put on a successful event!
