This colorful craftsman style bungalow, nestled between Multnomah Village and Hillsade in Southwest Portland, creates a luxe and lavish impact upon arriving. The space is modern, colorful and inviting - perfect for relaxing, innovating, entertaining, gathering, team building and brainstorming.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be rearranged or taken outside as long as it is all put back where it came from. No wall decorations on the wallpaper and no adhesive on the paint. No holes in the walls.
Smoke machines are allowed

There is a Ring doorbell continuously monitoring all of those coming in an out of the home.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
