Our intimate suburban studio is located in the basement of our home. It is quaint and modern, perfect for a small gathering for 8-10 people. The main space has a large bar style island that seats 8 comfortably, but 10 can be accommodated. The space is ideal for: -Board Meeting -Strategy Meeting -Intimate Gathering -Cooking Class -Cake Decorating Class -Photoshoot -Content Creation -Craft Class -Cooking Event -Private Chef Event -Sip and Paint -Cast Meeting There is a full kitchen equipped with: -Stove/Oven -Sink -Refrigerator -Microwave -2 Kitchen Aid Mixers -Cooking Utensils -Pots and Pans -Speed Rack -Flat Screen TV A fully stocked restroom is also available for your guests.

Please clean the space and reset to how it was when you arrived. All trash should be taken out to the green trash can outside of the garage.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
