About the Space
Our space is perfect for eclectic projects that require textured backdrops and colour. The babies bedroom is ideal for childrenswear shoot and all textured backdrops allow a different feel in every room and the perfect story. The house is south facing and gets lighting the front in the mornings and most of the garden all day. The street is very quiet so is perfect for filming. Our kitchen/utility room and garden is currently due to be refurbished so this will be out of bounds except for use for lunch/coffee etc or where requested. Limewashed walls, bare plaster, textured surfaces and colourful furniture. 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We are 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from the train station and only 8 minute walk from the beach.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
