About the Space
This amazing, state of the art space is ideal for workshops, seminars, classrooms, trainings or executive meetings. The space located in a Penthouse office in Summerlin and is approximately 900 squares feet. It contains tables and chairs that can be rearranged for your event. Classroom style, the room will accommodate up to 30 students, comfortably. A hanging projector and a HUGE white board (the size of the wall) is available for you The open space is eloquently designed with a rustic/industrial/modern feel that is cool and inviting. The space is lined with laminate hardwood floors, a brick wall, with rustic accents. The furniture is modern and easily moveable.. The space comes with use of a full kitchen, that consists of a large refrigerator, 2 mini refrigerator (in the classroom), toaster oven and serving platters.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
