When the heat lands midday, the studio is the coolest room on the property and the attached lounge stays open to the air. Afternoons open up — the property is walkable and people spread out. Then dinner, the cowboy tub and jacuzzi, and the firepit. The stars arrive fast out here. Groups that came in tense are usually in the hammock circle by then, and the conversations that happen there are typically not the ones on the agenda.
