This light and airy top floor corner office/studio space is great for private or small group co working sessions, brand or lifestyle photo shoots, and product photography sessions. The space is graced with a reading nook, walk-up make up vanity area, large desk space that converts into an extended workstation, seating, complimentary tea and coffee, a photographers’ essentials corner, and a credenza that stores props for minimalistic, e-commerce, and creative scenes for product photography. The second office is perfect for social content shoots, equipped with a velvet loveseat, full bar set up, mini frig, bar cart, and ice maker. Each booking comes with use of the communal kitchenette and patio area, and 2 hour use of the floor's large conference room. *This booking is for media production/photo shoots only. This listing is not for their private events or co-working session.*

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Dental Professional Development Summit All Around Excellence! Ms. Tee and her staff provided our group with A+ professionalism, a welcoming atmosphere, clarity and hands-on support. Every aspect of our experience allowed us the ability to be productive. The space was just what we needed to have a full day of training. We did not have to leave the facility for breakfast or lunch. Ms. Tee offers catering options that can be applied to your reservation. Things that make your event great are available such as convenient parking (no fee), elevators, and reception area for your guest to wait upon arrival. The facility is modern and functional for all. My team and I was very pleased! We are looking forward to booking our next event with Ms. Tee and her team.

Tee was great to work with. Her space was beautiful and bright. I used it to film an interview, and it worked out great. If I needed a space to work or film, I would use this office again.
