About the Space
Welcome to our updated 1920’s cottage, hidden in the woods just north of the Twin Cities. On a secluded 1.2 acres, you’ll enjoy a private home for a photoshoot, product shoot, or media production. You'll have access to the entire cottage and backyard during your booking. The garage is not accessible at this time but is on the property. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

Such a lovely space! I shot a real estate branding video here and it was the perfect backdrop. Lots of beautiful corners, decor, furniture. Down a long driveway and feels like you’re in your own little world while just a few miles from the freeway. Luke was prompt to respond when we needed to change our date and very accommodating. Thank you!

This space was perfect for our book photoshoot! There are lots of small spaces and corners to create natural scenes and unique moments with so much natural light! The detached studio space was amazing. I look forward to using this space again!

Rented for a quick creative shoot. I am glad we have a place like this here in the twin cities. Luke was gracious to us and the space is clean and well kept. Please treat it with respect and care like the owners do.
