About the Space

Located 15 minutes from downtown Toronto, near the film industry's camera rental houses and prop rental shops. Near QEW/427, lots of stores nearby for quick on-the-day purchases. Drive in door fits a cube truck! We can work with you to secure gear and even have it delivered, LES equipment, build sets, staff crew, provide lunches, everything and anything! We are full service. Scissor lift on site and available for rental! @___studio.b SPECS (additional charges may apply): - total space is 6500 sq/ft. - 1500 sq/ft client area on 2nd floor overlooking studio with green room, full kitchen, and 2 washrooms (one with shower). - 20' clear height - motorized 30' x 34' grid - 18' x 14' cyclorama wall - 12' cube truck drive in door. - 1 main floor washroom - 2 x skyjacks on site. - 200amp 120/208v 3phase, w/ 175amp disconnect - front and rear parking, with free street parking - LES rental on site - Gear available for free dropoff and pickup *** No parties.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
