About the Space
Our home has been meticulously put together and is perfect for commercial still and video shoot. It includes a modern spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a family room with an electric fire place, the great room is very bright and open with plenty of seating area. All three rooms upstairs have their own unique style, and both our full bathroom and powder room is very minimalist and clean.

Our entire space is cleaned before and after each bookings, and we allow enough time in between bookings to properly clean and disinfect the entire home.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
