Stylish space in Highland Park with all the production capabilities to host your event. Perfect for private events, music showcases, art gallery, pop-up retail, or product launches. There is a full PA system (including a mixing board, speaker/subwoofers, monitors, mic/cables/stands, etc.) We are a full-service production company that can provide content capture (stills + video), live streaming, rentals, and staffing. Bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, and private room on-site. Driveway attached to the space means easy load-in and load out with extra-wide garage doors. Central air and heating equipped. 80" TV also available for additional fee. Capacity is 75 people maximum. We had an amazing Super Bowl/Birthday event here! The space was the perfect canvas to execute an unforgettable party. The tv connection was great and went well without a hitch and all our vendors were able to comfortably post up, which included a bartender and a taco service. The kitchen provided the perfect place to prep and the refrigerator/freezer held our Baskin Robbins double sheet ice cream cake very easily. The space behind the front provided a safe area for the kids to hang out and play while staying busy with the basketball hoop and corn hole games. Everyone had the best time and thought it was the perfect venue to host the party. We ended up having around 42 people which made the space seem even bigger. I will not hesitate to book again as Mathieu was an amazing host and our onsite helper, Mariana was exceptional with helping me with anything I needed.

Absolutely breathtaking! It was perfect for my husbands birthday party. No one complained of parking troubles, and best of all in the heart of the city that raised me. Only thing that was a little hiccup was the taco cart. He had trouble finding a flat surface but towards the top worked out great

Don’t hesitate, JUST BOOK IT!! The venue is beautiful, spacious and versatile. I needed a venue to host my best friend’s 30th birthday. The hosts were easy to work with. I wanted to see the space, measure a few things, and leave a large decoration piece days before the party and Anna was very accommodating. I enjoyed working with them. They also have extra supplies and equipment that came in handy. During the day of the event, Nancy helped me out and she was wonderful! My only concern was the bathroom. Decently long lines were forming because there’s only 1 bathroom for 70 people. Even with that, my guests loved it, raved about the venue, and asked for the listing so they could host their events there in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
