Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
1. Cleaner ventilates areas before and during cleaning when possible 2. Cleaner utilizes CDC recommended disinfectants and let the disinfectant air dry 3. Cleaner sweeps, vacuums, dusts, and/or mops areas before sanitizing 4. Cleaner washes dishes and laundry on the highest heat setting possible 5. Cleaner wipes down all hard surfaces with soap and water 6. Cleaner sprays high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray 7. Cleaner utilizes a room-by-room checklist to ensure no area is missed 8. Cleaner does not re-enter a room once it’s been sanitized 9. All equipment, hard, and soft surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between each turnover
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
