About the Space

Birdsong Farm is a 10 acre horse farm located in the green, rolling hills of Springfield, TN. We are excited to be the location of your next project. The farm gives you an abundance of scenery options, natural lighting, and great backdrops. The rental includes usage of a 5 stall horse barn and a 400sq foot cottage with kitchen, bathroom, living, and sleeping area. We have worked on several music videos and photo shoots in the past. The home owner and/or staff member will be available at all times before during, and after the rental.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Keri and her husband were so helpful and responsive! Their farm is beautiful and was the perfect location for our photo / video shoot. The cottage on the property was a great place to house wardrobe and warm up in between setups.
