Our home was built in 2020 and has a modern and luxurious feel. The open floor plan boasts 10' ceilings, 8' doors, and 7" base molding throughout. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all connected in one open space. The kitchen has a large quartz countertop, dark grey cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large walk in pantry. The living room has an 86 inch TV that is much larger in person than in these photos. The dining table has enough seating for eight but there are also four barstools at the kitchen island. The home has four bedrooms and each bedroom has an accent wall / painting. Three of the bedrooms have a blue / mauve color theme and the fourth bedroom is a kids room with a rainbow theme. The master bedroom has a desk and is connected to a large en suite bathroom with a walk in closet. The backyard has patio furniture to seat 8 and there are many beautiful flowers to enjoy or take photos with in the backyard. Please note that the home is located in a residential neighborhood, so it is very important to us that the neighbors and neighborhood is respected at all times.
