Parking is limited to 6 cars, possibly 7 depending on the size. Parking is an open Driveway. Parking is not allowed on the road. Only on the driveway.
General Rules
No Parties
No cars allowed to be parked on the private road.
No more then 6 cars parked in the driveway.
No drone activities over other peoples homes
No open flame activity
No smoking
No nails, screws staples or penetrating items should be placed on the walls.
Damages to the wall, floors and furniture will be billed to the credit card on file
No loud music or noises allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are only outside. In the driveway, entrance and back of the house. There are no recording devices.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Between rentals house is thoroughly cleansed and disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
