Black Owned Fine Art Photography Gallery, with great natural light, is located in the Historic Germantown sections of Philadelphia. The gallery is a storefront of a Masonic Temple which used to be a piano showroom, so the acoustics are amazing! Open floor plan, with moveable walls. Great for music recitals, movie screenings, movie productions, video shoots, book signings, interviews, panel discussions, and more! All the Fine Art in the gallery is curated and produced by the owner, making it the only Black Owned Fine Art Photography Gallery in the USA.

No. Yes, we are on a busy street. HVAC unit is in space and does make noise, but we generally turn it off for rentals.

Electrical system description

Not sure what the power rating of the space is, but we have not had any issues to date. 6 outlets, 3 along each wall. The circuit breaker is in the basement.

General Rules

- Must provide a Certificate of Insurance. - No smoking or Vaping in space. - Outside catering is allowed. - The service of alcohol must be carried out by a licensed bartender. - Be mindful of the images on the walls. - WiFi is available without a password.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be removed from the space but must be safely stored and put back by the renter. No, wall decorations/art cannot be removed.

4 Camera's on Gallery floor. No audio and only record if a security event is triggered. These camera's cannot be turned off.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

After each event, all shared items like chairs are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
