Beautiful large Multipurpose Deck in Lincoln Square
About the Space
We are currently renting out our Beautiful large Multipurpose Deck in Lincoln Square. It's over 700sqft of deck space. Bathroom is available for use inside the house during the use of the space. We can remove the deck furniture for an addition $200 fee. Note, the deck umbrellas are locked into place. The space must be cleaned up completely after each use.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
