About the Space
The space has a shipping container that is available for production needs and staging. This location works well for music videos, art installations and smaller stills and video shoots who need a remote space in the desert to make creative projects. We ask that you pack it in and pack it out - there are not facilities or running water on the site and a site rep is required. There is a concrete pad about 20x22ft in dimension for filming, photos or staging. The total parcel is 5acres.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
